Certified Powder Brows in Kelowna

Powder brow is achieved with a machine and needle cartridge layering pixels of pigment which seamlessly blend together as they heal creating a powdered / makeup brow look.

Powder Brow Process

  • Consultation: The technician discusses your desired brow shape and color, considering your preferences and natural features.
  • Design: The technician outlines the desired brow shape using a pencil to ensure you’re satisfied with the design.
  • Numbing: A topical numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure.
  • Shading Technique: Using a tattoo machine or a handheld tool, the technician applies pigment in a gradient pattern. They start with a darker shade at the tail of the brow and gradually lighten the color towards the front.
  • Layering: Multiple layers of pigment may be applied to achieve the desired intensity and softness. This technique gives a powdery, makeup-like finish.
  • Aftercare Instructions: Once completed, you’ll receive guidelines on caring for your brows, including avoiding moisture and sun exposure for several days.
  • Touch-Up: A follow-up session is usually scheduled 6-8 weeks later to refine the shape and color as needed.

This service is customizable. The desired outcome can be subtle or bold. We can also target certain areas more than others.

Example: The classic “ombré” brow / which is lighter at the start of the brow and darkens towards the middle, arch and end.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do your services cost?

Think about it as an investment, not a cost!
With any cosmetic tattoo procedure you will save not only money, but your time as well.

Does age effect my services ?

Clients Must Be 18+
Beyond that age there are no restrictions. Clients with more mature skin, consultations are recommended to decide which service is best for you.

Does microblading hurt?

Most clients often report that pain is almost non-existent.
A numbing agent is used prior to beginning any work. Most clients are comfortable the entire procedure.

I'm interested in microblading, but am nervous and not ready for the commitment.

Come and try a Henna Brow or a Brow Lamination.
Either option is a great stepping stone to come in and chat about microblading, without the commitment, so you can ease into the procedure as comfortably as possible and at your own pace.

Henna brow mimics a powdered makeup look while enhancing your shape.
Brow lamination manipulates the hairs to set in a position to create fuller brows.

Does lip blush hurt?

We aim to make it as comfortable as possible.
A numbing agent is used prior to beginning a lip tattoo and can be reapplied throughout the procedure to maximize comfortability. Like all forms of tattooing, some discomfort is to be expected, however we do our best to make you comfortable with the whole procedure.

Will my eye brows look natural?

We take pride in specializing in extremely natural brows.
We also believe in the “baby step” approach for clients who may not be adapted to filling their brows in regularly, in doing so we create a natural shape, filled with wispy realistic strokes. By starting some clients off with a softer micro blade it allows them to adapt to the changes and 9 times out of 10 when clients come back for their touch up they request fuller brows. Your comfort is taken into consideration every step along the way.
